My first step in to the business was as a professional property stager. After working with many clients and agents, I decided to jump in all the way and become a licensed Realtor. I am excited about all the real estate world has to offer, and I love helping my clients prepare their homes to sell quickly and for the best price with creative methods and marketing techniques.

Being a licensed real estate agent, member of the National Association of Realtors, RESA, and other real estate and staging associations, I always have my eye on the current and upcoming market trends. I enjoy improving a home’s functionality and creating beautiful spaces for a new owner to fall in love with.

I have worked along side many families, (including my own!) and am familiar with the emotions and complications involved in downsizing, or “rightsizing” from a long loved family home. I am very comfortable navigating unique health challenges, financial concerns as well as finding the right next home to meet the current and anticipated needs of individuals. I am a designated SRES, and am happy to walk through that journey with my clients to make the transition as smooth as possible.

I have a list of readily available contractors, attorneys, estate sales, junk haulers, house cleaners and mortgage professionals to help the sale or purchase process go smoothly.

All in all, I just think real estate and all that goes along with it can be really fun, creative and exciting. I love to uncover what each property has to offer and help people get to where they need to go, be it buying, selling, or just a little inspiration!
