I worked with Heather for both a home purchase and a home sale in late 2019 and early 2020. One of the things that impressed me most about her is how quickly she responded to email and text messages. She was always timely and, in some ways more importantly, she was always calm and level headed. This is important because (surprise) the process of either buying or selling a house can be stressful. Yeah, I really appreciated her calm approach to all sorts of different situations and communications.
She also stuck me as very knowledgeable about the area and the stock of houses. For example, I found a few homes on line that I thought I would like, but she indicated it might not be what I was looking for. When she brought us to the property I could see that she was exactly right: it wasn’t what we were looking for. On the other hand, she also showed us a few places that we liked that wouldn’t have otherwise been on our radar.
Overall, Heather is great to work with and I would and happily will recommend her to others.

Heather helped us sell our house just before the virus Shelter In Place order and we closed mid April 2020. A month before our home was put on the market, I asked her how to get it ready for sale so we could sell it fast and for the best price. Her feedback helped get us multiple offers within a couple of days and we sold at full asking price which was for way more than any house had sold for on our street. A house the next street over sold for $25k less so we were extremely happy with what ours sold for! I definitely recommend working with Heather and we will call her when we change homes the next time!
